Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the exact condition it was delivered

  • With all protective plastics still attached

  • Returned with the original box and everything included (accessories, inserts, and any packaging materials)

  • Packaging must be returned in the same condition it was shipped (no tears, crushing, missing parts, or heavy wear)

If any protective plastics are removed, the watch shows signs of wear, or packaging/accessories are missing or damaged, the return may be denied.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A short message stating you’d like a return

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your package can be confirmed upon arrival.

Inspection Process

All returns are reviewed upon arrival to confirm:

  • The watch is unused

  • All protective plastics are intact

  • The watch, box, and included items match the original shipment condition

Once approved, we’ll process your return.

You’ll always be taken care of.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refund timing can vary depending on your bank or PayPal, but we process approved returns as quickly as possible once inspection is complete.
